Poppy Pals — Privacy Policy

Poppy Pals (“the game”, “we”, “our”) is developed by Andre Ribeiro. This policy explains what data is collected when you play Poppy Pals and how it is used.
1. Data We Collect
- No account data — Poppy Pals has no sign-in, no accounts, and no user profiles. We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personally identifying information.
- Game progress — Your high score, best level, combo records and candy balance are stored only on your device. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the game.
- Advertising — We use Google AdMob to display interstitial and rewarded ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to show relevant ads. You can opt out of personalised ads in your device settings.
- Purchases — Candy packs are sold as in-app purchases handled entirely by Apple’s App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details.
We do not run analytics or crash reporting SDKs, and we do not track you across apps or websites.
2. How We Use Your Data

- To deliver in-app purchases you have made
Game progress is used solely by the game on your device to save your records and candy balance.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with the third-party services listed below, each governed by their own privacy policy:
- Google AdMob — Advertising
- Apple App Store / Google Play — In-app purchases
4. Data Retention
We hold no data on our servers, because we have no servers. Your game progress lives on your device for as long as the game is installed. Advertising data is retained by Google per their own retention policies.
5. Children
Poppy Pals is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Since we store no personal data ourselves, deleting the app removes all game data. For anything related to advertising data, see Google’s privacy policy above, or contact us at the address below.
